Due to the COVID-19 crisis, access to campus buildings is restricted to only students, faculty, and staff who have completed all the COVID-19 protocols and been cleared for campus access.
Students who have been cleared for access to campus may use the printers in buildings where they attend class. Students staying in residence halls may also access the printers in their dorm. A complete list of campus printer locations can be found on the IT Public Printing page.
The printers in the AAC are available for use, but access to our printers is dependent on building access. Please see below for information on who may access the printers in the AAC:
- From September 14-20, the AAC will be open only for students and faculty who have class in the building. Students who have access to the AAC during this time may use our printers.
- Beginning on September 21, the AAC will be open for any DU students, faculty, and staff who have been cleared for campus access. You must be cleared for campus access in order to enter the building to print.
In compliance with campus regulations, we are limiting the number of printing stations. Please use the two Wepa printers on the main floor of the AAC next to the IT Help Center. Students are encouraged to use the Wepa app to limit contact with the public printers. Wipes are also available to disinfect the printer before use.
All students residing off-campus are encouraged to make use of local businesses that offer self-service printing. A few locations that offer fee-based printing include: Office Depot/Office Max, the UPS Store, and FedEX.
