As of July 20, 2020, DU students, faculty, and staff may request physical materials from the Anderson Academic Commons for curbside pick-up. Only materials located at the AAC (Main Stacks, New Books, DVDs) may be requested at this time. This service is only for current DU students, faculty and staff.
Finding Out Item Availability
Search for your physical library item using the Compass search bar, and click to open the record.
If not already signed in, use your DU ID and password to log into your library account.
The status of the item will appear on the right hand side. Be sure to also note the barcode number as that will speed up the processing of your request.
Scrolling further down the record you will find information you’ll need to make a request for curbside pick-up.
Making Your Materials Request
Once you have your item’s bibliographic information, visit the AAC Materials Request form. You may request up to 10 items at a time.
When you have finished filling out the form, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit submit. When your items are ready for pick-up, you will be informed via your DU email and will then be able to make an appointment to pick-up your materials curbside at the AAC. Requests will generally be available for pick-up within 5-7 business days.
Contact us at the Research Center if you have any further questions about this process!
